Meet up with the crew, Monday through Thursday, for 4 weeks, at 5:30 am to 6:05 am, for full-body workouts. Each day is a different workout that may consist of High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, and Traditional Sports Training. FiTcamp is about more than the workout though!
